Welcome to the Neighbourhood

Three Creeks Estate is a new residential development offering the tranquility of country living within an easy drive of downtown Tauranga. With early stages selling fast, a community of likeminded neighbours is growing and Three Creeks is becoming the sought-after neighbourhood in Ohauiti.

Situated in an elevated, naturally-contoured valley, Three Creeks makes the most of the sun and views out to Mount Maunganui. It’s the development of choice for people looking to build their dream home in stunning surroundings.

A Slice of Paradise

Sections at Three Creeks Estate are large (400-700sqm), north-facing and blessed with rich fertile soil. Many sections enjoy bush reserve boundaries, providing privacy and a delightful array of birdlife.

Residents have the benefit of a private walking trail that hugs the perimeter of the estate, meandering down to the Kaitemako stream and waterfall. With an abundance of grassy enclaves nestled alongside the streams, there are plenty of places to relax.

Friends and Family

With early stages selling fast, the vibrant neighbourhood at Three Creeks is already well-established. With quiet walkways and public spaces for children to play, and homes designed for entertaining and taking in the views, you won’t need to go anywhere.

The popular Ohauiti suburb is well located for commuting into Tauranga City, with everything you need close to home - choose from a range of great schools, parks and playgrounds, outdoor activities, restaurants and cafes.

It is truly rare to find a residential development that provides such a peaceful setting amongst native flora and fauna, yet is just minutes away from the city centre.

The Story

The land of Three Creeks was historically known to local Māori as Te Kākāriki. Its English name refers to the Kaitemako stream and its two contributories that run through the valley down to Welcome Bay. These streams are still home to native freshwater eels and white bait.

The natural contours of the valley provide shelter from prevailing winds and offer views out to Mount Maunganui and the Pacific Ocean. All sections are large (400-700sqm), north-facing and blessed with rich fertile soil, ideal for vegetable gardens and fruit trees (thanks to the previous occupants who cultivated an organic orchard).
